Hospital Only
NMRA accepts all major managed care payers. Insurance Pre-CertificationMost insurance companies require pre-certification of non-emergency services. This is the responsibility of the patient and their physician. Failure to obtain pre-certification could result in non-payment of the hospital bill by the insurance company. At the time of registration, patients are requested to assign insurance benefits to the hospital. Patients who wish to bill their own insurance or have not secured an authorization will be required to pay for these services during the registration process. Pre-Certification number 678-312-4095 Uninsured PatientsUninsured patients are eligible to receive a prompt pay discount of up to 40 percent of charges if payment is made prior to service. Gwinnett Medical Center accepts cash, check, credit cards and debit cards. The 40 percent discount does not apply to all services. For price estimates, call the price estimation line at 678-312-4212. Due to the time and research required to provide estimates, we ask all callers to leave a message. When leaving your message, please be sure to let us know if the patient is uninsured.
